Char Formation

Char is burnt adhesive caused by overheating, oxidation, or contamination. It clogs nozzles, damages pumps, and leaves marks on your product.

SOLUTION

Stay within recommended temperature range, use setback mode during idle times, keep tank covered, and clean filters regularly.

Spray Adhesive Problems

Spray issues cause poor bonding, wasted adhesive, and production downtime on hygiene lines.
